October 29 - November 1, 2026: Slowing down to move forward, in Mount Tremper, NY.

An intimate, intentionally curated retreat experience designed for women who are craving space to pause, reconnect with themselves, reset intentionally, and move into the final months of the year feeling more aligned — personally and professionally.

Nestled in the beautiful Catskills, this 3.5-day retreat is not about escaping your life.
It’s about returning to yourself.

This experience was created for the woman who has been carrying a lot, navigating transitions, pouring into others, making bold moves, or simply feeling disconnected from herself in the midst of life’s demands.

Through meaningful conversations, guided reflection, wellness experiences, coaching, movement, rest, and intentional community, you’ll create space to slow down long enough to hear yourself clearly again.
